Like others, I'm my own greatest work in progress. I have a few great passions in life: my family, the written word, and helping others to recognize their own potential. As a coach, I use an intuitive and inspired approach to keep my clients moving along at their own pace. I'm also working on a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, with a particular emphasis in developmental psychology. In my spare time, I like to read avidly, write feverishly, think deeply, laugh loudly, and connect with people who live each moment to its fullest. This blog is for passionate, brave, and creative people who have every intention of living until the wheels fall off and reflects the interests of my clients as well as my ideas as a coach.
